The Washington Free Beacon, where you probably got your misinformation,is a totally biased Right wing rag. Her book is available for download from multiple sources, including Amazon. I can guarantee you it has sold many more copies than that.

She met a billionaire. She married that billionaire and had his child. She became the first foreign born first lady we've had in several decades. Those are the main highlights. Each one could fill a few chapters.
