Mobile is not scaling correctly over the last couple days?

It's like a hybrid mobile/desktop that just doesn't work on a small screen correctly right now. I noticed it started yesterday, and maybe Tuesday.
I have to pinch the screen out to get everything to fit.

The same thing just started happening to me on my phone— does anyone know how to fix this?
