Giving the Pels no credit at all. Even if we lose the next series I just want to beat the Suns to shut all these “experts” up and make them look like the fricking idiots they are. I guess we are supposed to just lay down and roll over because they say we don’t belong.

Surpsingly on Undisputed Skip and Shannon both said Suns had no chance with the way BI and CJ were cooking.
Skip even said Willie is the next star head coach in the league.

I never watched it with the other guy hosting the show with him today but….Doggie (I think that’s his name) is the only one with sense out of everyone in the media. He’s dead on about everything. Suns ain’t shite without booker and with booker they’re not as good as everyone thinks they are. The Pels are young and fast and the suns better bring their A game cause they have a real shot at being home watching the rest of these playoffs

The talking heads might not respect us but you can bet your arse teams in the league are realizing what’s being built in New Orleans. We are still doing all this without our best player. Just imagine what a CJ/Zion or BI/Zion pick and roll is going to do to opponents’s game plans next year.

Here's what will happen.
This run will lead to positive coverage of the Pels next year, especially if the Pels are good.
Pels will get 1, maybe two years of positive media coverage.
And if they haven't won a championship, the calls to blow it up and send BI/CJ/Zion to "real" contenders will start again.

Meh. You don't win 64 games in a season if you aren't really good. I believe they had a phenomenal record against the top teams in the league.

But historically a team with 64 wins rolls in the first round of the tournament. Not only did they lose to the #8 seed….but they lost at home!!! All the really dominant teams handled the first round match up with ease! (Yes the nuggets beat the sonics but that was a 5 game series)
We were winning before Booker left the game. Even if he doesn’t get hurt…anyone that wasn’t biased would say the pels weren’t gonna be denied last night.
I’m not saying they’re not a good team….I just don’t think they’re a “special” team. I believe worst case we make it a long series. Which again shouldn’t happen if the #1 seed was as dominant as everyone says they are.
