Worthless pieces of crap. How can customer service/technical support be closed? No 24/7? The recording said my service should be fixed by April 22 at 7:00 p.m. Are you kidding me? This isn't my first rodeo with these wizards, but still has me angry. I had to deal with Cox yesterday and I couldn't believe that anyone could be worse until I spoke with AT&T.

They have messed up my bill 5 times. And all five times they say they are sorry, they’ll fix it on the next bill. Which they do, but then same bogus charges are applied and I make zero progress. I need an alternative.

AT&T is the absolute worst company to try and contact to get a straight answer about anything. Dealing with them after Ida was a fricking NIGHTMARE. I really kinda feel bad for the people who work at the physical AT&T stores because they get all of the backlash for the horrific customer service phone line when they have absolutely no control over what happened.

Had the same situation with a phone rebate/discount situation. 5th time contacting them did the trick…

I remember them being shite way back in 2007. Lady couldn’t have been a bigger bitch when I finally got through. Transferred to my wife’s T-Mobile account later that year when we got married. It shocks me they have so many customers because I’m not really sure what they actually bring to the table.

Tried to cancel a residential land line and the bozos kept routing me to business. I don't want anything to do wit AT&T or Direct TV.

Don't. Do not feel sorry for those frickers. They're equally as useless, but have the ability to frick shite up on a greater level than even customer/tech support. Then, they are equally as fricking useless in fixing their frick ups. It is like they try to do the worst possible job they possibly can. Don't feel sorry for anyone who works for that shite company.

I used to frick a girl in college who is now one of their tier 2 or 3 techs.
