Would be a home run hire. I don't know what he's making at Houston but I would definitely reach out to his agent if I was Woodward.

Ain’t taking a step back to LSU

Hiring a coach who has had NCAA violations at two stops, including getting slapped with five year “show cause,” would be a bit hypocritical after firing Wade.

Would not leave Houston. Son is coach in waiting. Has superior facilities. Amazing coach but just can’t see him leaving his current situation.

He will if LSU ponies up and opens up the checkbook.

Which is why it's silly when people say Will Wade is done as a college coach. Most of the big name coaches have a history with the NCAA.

On second thought, he just took his shirt off in the locker room.

While I agree, I believe there are only a few coaches who've ever survived the “show cause” tag, Bruce Pearl being one of them.

Houston has a very successful graduate who happens to be a huuuuge basketball fan. Like owns an NBA team huge basketball fan.

Yeah, you are clueless
I must have missed the part where the Houston athletic department is one of the top 5 most profitable in the country like LSU is.
