Script could not have been written any better. Progressive sport writer Pat Fordes daughter, a Stanford swimmer who was a bronze medalist in the Olympics will have to swim the NCAA championship race against Penns Lia Thomas, a biological male who was the No. 15 recruit coming out of high school as a male.
The Virginia Tech swimmer who trained all her life and was knocked out of the final by this freak. Heartbreaking. Check out this interview.
