I shake any drink that I pull out of the fridge, i.e. Milk, OJ, etc. Don't know why, I just have to do it.
Put me on that list. Always have done that. I wonder if my dad did when I was a kid and it just stuck, or if I just randomly started doing it at some point. But I don't ever really remember a time when I didn't do it. I also think it does make some things taste better (like juice or a Gatorade, stuff like that).

Im not trying to be funny.. For me is always checking my tires on my wheelchair although I haven't had tires that required air for the past 10 or so years.
Do you have air shocks on your wheelchair? You'd think that would make for a less bumpy ride.

Before I sit down on the toilet, I check it for snakes

I’m always convinced that I left the stove on. If I’ve cooled that day, I’ll sometimes go back inside and check the stove 3 times before I pull out to leave. I don’t but candles for my house because I’ll worry too much that I left one lit.
I drove back home once during lunch because I "may" have left the stove on. Now, I check it 3-4 times before I leave for work and before I go to bed.

This doesn’t really apply anymore because of electronic key fobs, but when I was 15 I locked my keys in my truck. So every single time I locked my truck doors after that, I had my keys in my hand, looking at them as I would lock and close my truck door.

I fly weekly for work. I always tap the OneWorld logo on the plan as I enter and when I exit.

My dad trained me as a kid to always check the oil in the lawnmower every time before I start it
Same. Funny story. My wife's grandmother gave us an old arse Murray lawnmower. It's an early 90's riding mower. We used it for a year with little to no problems and then bought a zero turn. Wife and I were using both to cut the grass so I stopped checking the oil in the Murray.
That fricker ran for 6 more years on the same oil before it threw a rod. It started to give trouble(wouldn't stay charged, had to air the tires every grass cut).

I crawl into bed, lay there for a minute, and think about how I just locked all the doors and my truck, then proceed to get out of bed and do all of those things again.

Now that's strange.
I've probably nearly broken the locks off of my doors by turning them in their already locked positions before going to bed every night. Rarely are any ever unlocked when I do the check.

not seeing how this is odd or paranoid, it's doing what is supposed to be done

I check the all the external doors in the house to make sure they are locked before I go to bed.
And that the garage doors are closed.
That doesn't seem odd really. Don't most people make sure this house is locked up before bed?
I open my sunroof whenever I drive on a bridge with any length over a body of water. Most likely wouldn't survive the fall, but I have an irrational fear of being trapped in my sinking vehicle
