What are some good ones?

I may be the only one, but I like cottage cheese as a side with rice and gravy

Potato salad and gumbo

French fries and cold ketchup

Coleslaw and pulled pork

Cold grated cheese on a burger. I think I’m in the minority on that though.

Don't understand this but I am not a huge fan of cottage cheese. I'll eat it on occasion. But I don't see how this is a pairing.

I'll add a hot dog or brat with cold kraut. And akin to the burger, a BLT.

I've done that a few times before. I usually slice some colby jack pretty thin and layer a few slices while cooking the burgers so that it melts, but one time I didn't have any to slice and already had some shredded and just put that on with the lettuce and tomatoes and it turned out pretty good.

We shouldn't be.
Cheese takes on the flavor of the meat when it's completely melted. I like to taste my cheese.

Cantaloupe and meatball or pork stew. I like to sprinkle hot vinegar and fresh cracked black pepper on the cantaloupe to take away some of the sweet.
