well, we'll see what happens in the next few weeks as the Ukranians appear to be shifting towards offensive operations. They took back a good chunk of land around Kharkiv today and if the momentum continues, they will push Russia back to the border in that area.
Kharkiv is the 2nd largest city in Ukraine so it is a high-priority objective to push Russia out of artillery range to end the shelling of the city.
Russia has its arse in a crack, it doesn't have enough troops on the battlefield, and it doesn't have the ability to raise, train and equip enough troops in time to make a difference. The troops it does have on the battlefield are undersupplied, lack leadership, and suffer from major morale issues. Ukraine is gaining strength every day. It's just a matter of time, the only real question is how far can the Ukrainians push them.

Russians are readjusting their positions because one bridge was blown up. So it left some elements vurneable so they pulled them back. Ukies are just wondeeing again into empty land like fricking retards, only to get shelled to death. Hohols keep throwing infantry only counter attacks which get destroyed by russians.

Another Russian expert fairly new here with the real story.

You Putin bots are so predictable, we didn’t want Kyiv, the ship sank due to someone smoking, we pulled our troops back and let them take that area, etc. etc. etc.
What is your excuse going to be when Ukraine launches a major counter attack into the exposed and weak right flank of the Russian lines and cuts off the supply lines to the Izium axis? I can hear you now: “we wanted them to cut those troops off”

You judge us by yourself. Therefore, you are somewhere in illusions. Remember what you wrote.
Here is one of the few prisoners, a Canadian. In general, they try not to take foreign prisoners, they remember what happened in Syria.
Listen, this is not Putin's bot talking. Assess the spirit of the soldiers about whom he speaks, about the supply and so on. and this Canadian looks at least not depressed.

My God, I like the state of affairs!
You absolutely do not understand reality.
This is not propaganda, this is our NATIONAL holiday, and it was long before Putin. And appeared as soon as we defeated Hitler in 1945

What are you hearing about the dozens of fires at manufacturing and food facilities throughout Russia?

We hear, we see.
Why they appear is also no illusion.
Measures are being taken.

The Russians say they destroyed an SU-24, an Su-27, three Mi-8 helicopters, two Bayraktar drones, and an assault boat at Snake Island.
Apparently the Russians had withdrawn from the Island, baiting the Ukrainians to retake what they thought was an abandoned position.

Makes one wonder how the Ukrainians acquired the video...
Footage from the drone shows a missile hit on a Project 11770 Serna class landing craft at Snake Island’s boat ramp. The landing craft-utility (LCU) boat can be seen with a Tor surface-to-air missile system onboard, and likely a Russian Raptor-class patrol boat idling off the stern.

I have been following some pro Ukraine and Pro Russian sources and man, there is such a wide gap.
It is just a shame I have no faith in Western Media anymore and I have to try and listen to both sides to figure this all out.

The Russians crossed the Sivereskyi Donets River, and are outflanking Lysychansk.

Yea, I have been reading Ukraine has taken a number of bridges out. Makes the advance targets all that more predictable and easier to defend.

The Ukrainians will get trapped in Lysychansk. The Russians are also moving up from the south too.
The Russians won’t meet in the middle though, they’ll stop short, and leave a corridor between their forces for the Ukrainians.
And the UA will have the choice of standing their ground, and most certainly dying there, or making a breakout, under fire, and suffering very heavy casualties in the process.
I expect the Russian Army will also make a large movement from Izium, cutting the supply line to Solviansk and Kramatorsk.

When Napoleon reached Moscow, he thought maybe he’d “won,” but the Russians burned Moscow and retreated again. Napoleon hung around the cinders, expecting the czar to sue for peace, but no message arrived.
Taking a capital doesn't end conflict, the russians know this better than anyone.
