re: Got flip off on the road today- is tailgating wrong if someone is goi g slow in fast lane? - LSU_historian
This takes patience but the satisfying outcome is worth it. When someone won't move over in the fast lane go around them in the right lane and then get back in the left lane and proceed to go slower than they are. When they go to the right lane to pass you then you can proceed at your normal pace....

Putin needs to be cancelled - LSU_historian
If Western elites think they can inject trends like gay pride parades and dozens of genders into their societies, let them do what they want, but they have no right to demand others to follow in the same direction - Putin.
This is literal violence and is not ok. How is he allowed ...

Old fart Michael was great. My favorite part was when Michael got bullied by the kid that got beat up by band geeks. This was the worst Ha...

re: Tree ID from leaf - LSU_historian
Thanks for the answers. One last question. After reading up on pecan trees I have learned you need different types to pollinate each other to produce the nuts. If you were to plant a minimum number of pecan trees to produce pecans could you do this by planting just two trees of different types or...

Tree ID from leaf - LSU_historian
Can anyone ID what tree this leaf is from? I was at family day at Red River Wildlife refuge in Bossier on Saturday and they had huge trees with these leaves. I didn't have my phone with me so I don't have any photos of the bark. ...

re: Fireplace - LSU_historian
So coming from gas where you just turn a knob to end the fire for the night how do you real wood fire folks put out all of the embers before you turn in for the night? Do you get your chimney cleaned every year so you don't end up with chimney fire from the creosote buildup? Is there a certain typ...

Fireplace - LSU_historian
I have a vented gas fireplace and am considering reverting back to a wood burning fireplace. Talk me into or out of doing this. The vented gas fireplace looks nice but doesn't give off a ton of heat. I'm concerned about possible gas shortages and possible gas prices being high this winter where i...
