To recap, you failed to provide evidence that all of the $113 billion is cash, but rather backtracked saying it's really all cash. When I pointed out that it isn't really all cash, you are calling me petty because you either can't understand or refuse to accept simple accounting terms.

If it's cheaper to give Ukraine tanks and missiles than it is to dispose of them then why doesn't Ukraine have 1000 M1 tanks and 1000s of missiles?

It took 2 years for Ukraine to get 31 Abrams tanks and a handful of F16's. There is a lack of will and spine.

The Biden Administration tried to give Ukraine just barely enough for their offensive, because they wanted Ukraine to retake the South, and then they were going to push for a ceasefire. They tried to micromanage the war.

1. The depleted uranium armor on most of the stored tanks is so highly classified that we don’t export it. The military is having to go through the stockpiles and find tanks that don’t have it or remove it from tanks in storage and replace it with the foreign export armor.
2. The Ukrainians have not been able to spare the maintenance ppl to send them for the training needed for the M1A1. The ones that they have been able to send were former T80 technicians which they could spare because they have not been able to replace all of their T80s.
3. The Leopard 1A5s that Europe have provided to Ukraine were taken out of the junkyard and restored for less than it cost to scrap them. They don’t have composite or depleted uranium armor and it’s still cheaper to give to Ukraine.

From our end ("our" referring to those of us who actually pay taxes), the purchase of all equipment and other "fixed assets" transferred to Ukraine was accomplished in toto with our cash. What part of that FACT is unclear to you, facher?

Not expected before early next year and hopefully they are smart enough to not announce their arrival until after Russia finds out the hard way that they are there.
