You can tell it’s a slow night in this thread when all we’ve got to do is to joust with OML’s many personalities.
Are any of them sane?

Do you ever know what you are talking about, you dim dipshit? Would it trouble you to actually not speak for once if you don’t have all the information on hand, which happens to you quite a lot? What in the hell drives you to be this consistently retarded? Your weird parents should have disciplined you rather than dote on your glib dumbass. My fricking god.

I’m regularly piled on by eight people on one. Sorry, don’t have all the information at once which y’all think you do.

It’s being done by many countries. The French CAESAR might be the best self propelled howitzer on earth and it’s just on a 6 wheeled chassis and now and 8 wheeled is being produced. The new Archer 155 mm will be on an 8 wheeled chassis that the entire firing mechanism moves to the back of the vehicle to get into firing position all in 30 seconds. It takes another 30 seconds to get moving again after firing and can fire it’s 21 round magazine in just 3 minutes. One of the additions to the new Archer has is also longer range with Excalibur shells having 50 KM+ range and 35 KM for regular 155 ammunition. Seems like a solid investment to me with how wars are being conducted.

I just wish we would quit fanning the flames of war over there. It's nothing but a money laundering scheme and a power play.

Because you say things that are so dumb it beggars belief an adult would say them. You really should have valued a humanities education, lest it taught you to shut up when you don’t know things.

You lost any credibility, if you ever had any, when you said you would cede Texas to Mexico. I’m sorry that one statement might be the most stupid thing that has ever been said on TD and that’s REALLY saying something m. Did you even think that through when you said that? You do realize along with Louisiana that Texas refines a vast amount of the nation’s oil right? You’ll just hand that over to a Mexico?

My guess is if they went with one it would only be for wheeled or light units. I think your link mentioned they were looking for something for the SBCTs.

Typically the army will want a tracked SPHs if it supports mechanized units.

ERCA is in development now and it is likely eating up a great deal of the Army's IDF/Fires R&D money.

How can I say that Ukraine should give up their equivalent of this to avoid nuclear annihilation so long as it’s through a popular vote and say we can’t do that? Sorry, I’m a massive hypocrite if I say otherwise. It is a downside to my ideology.

International law is meaningless. Borders are meaningless.

If half of Mexico wants to join the US, that's fine too.

Because you dumb dipshit, unilateral secession is not recognized internationally. It doesn’t matter even if there is a vote. How are you this dim? The problem with libertarian ideology is that it pretends international relations doesn’t exist. Because it does, states will always seek to maximize their security to prevent the exact situation you are referring to from even happening.

The problem is libertarians are natural pacifists and things can go to shite. Libertarians are basically Hobbits who like to eat, drink, smoke weed and tobacco, be merry, and hospitable, but libertarians also rise to the occasion when it’s called for and will stand up to both sides with an unpopular but more sane argument. So people use our own principles against us.

It’s shite, but I can’t stand the warmongering. There is an off ramp and we should take it. If Trump were President, he’d at least be attempting it. But no, y’all are drunk on war and nothing but complete Russian defeat is an option for y’all.

I’ve been telling y’all since May that it will escalate in October, and then get brutal in November and December. My fears are coming into fruition on schedule, and you let September’s successes (maybe the best month of the year to fight btw) blind you to where this is going. All it takes is a major cold front for things to really turn. I was correct about October, so I’d say you should heed my warnings.

I would suggest some more curiosity beyond something a comedian said before you get riled up on any subject.

I can’t stand how loose you are with the facts, and how you always attempt to equivocate people supporting Ukraine in defensive operations versus Russia actually invading. You know it doesn’t make sense, but you are so committed to believing that those two things are the same, but always leaves you in a poor rhetorical position.

Again, the facts matter here. There is a specific reason why the West doesn’t want to negotiate, and it is directly related to things that happened in real life. No silly quip about Boeing or Raytheon will change facts. I’d suggest you go learn them before you open your mouth again.

Wrong. Again, please go read what occurred before the war. Get a Foreign Policy sub or a Foreign Affairs sub. Get in on what the French press was saying too. Then when you can make a point without the most childlike references, maybe you can come back and talk like an adult for once.
