Just curious, how much does supply chain disruption affect the over-the-counter pharmaceutical industry?

Thanks Brandon.

Zero Cold/Flu medicine at HEB this weekend. There was some generic Mucinex.

For us geezers that were around in the Cold War days, it's kind of ironic that we used to make fun of the Soviet Union for lack of consumer goods, especially now that we're looking to fight Russia again.

Lol. That's what I ended up with. And it was the 48 pack so I guess I'm set when the next chest cold hits.

It was the last one too. So whomever was looking after I left was just left to deal with it I suppose.

My Walgreens was out of Flonase as well as generic Flonase yesterday. Allergy season is going to be fun.

You think Biden administration policy is not responsible for the bulk of current supply chain issues

I bought some Mucinex at the grocery store at lunch today. They had as much as they normally do. Still waiting to find that empty shelf aisle that I keep hearing about.

For cold medicine? No.

Do you have any explanation how the presidential administration could possibly be responsible for cold medicine selling out? Perhaps its because we just came through an extremely contagious Covid wave that produced mostly cold symptoms? That may have something to do with it, don't you think? Supply and demand?

Or do you think that we have a government operated marketplace like the former USSR, where everything depends on central government?

Or are you just that stupid that you think Biden has secret powers that control the cold medicine market.

I don't think the policies that cause supply issues have anything specific to do with cold medicine or any other commodity.

The administration has simply gone out of its way to make it more difficult, expensive, and time consuming to produce, market, sell, and deliver everything.

bullshite. So you are just stupid. The truck makes deliveries at Walgreens every day just like it has since anyone can remember. Is there a shortage of vitamins too? Diapers? Or is there something about cold medicine at this exact time in history that is extraordinary?
