I kind of like picking the first five letter word that pops into my head just for fun, even though it’s strategically stupid.

Wordle started as this about 15 years ago. It was a website where you paste in an article and it would highlight the keywords and output something like this. It was common in many business presentations.

NYT should buy Wordle and add it to its games arsenal. It would fit right in.

Two tries in and all I knew was the vowel that was in the word. Not even the location.

I have like a 30 something streak going. It is a fun puzzle.
I am surprised more has not been made of the word bank being accessible (buried in the code). They use a set word bank and it is possible to know each day’s word ahead of time.
