So whose game cameras are going to work in March

my understanding is that ATT, T mobile sprint etc are shutting down 3G, maybe 4G in March so that most of the older game cameras will no longer work. I already got a notice from Spypoint that all the micros are down which pisses me off since i bought two last year.

Been told this for two years. My oldest covert still working great. Got two years more than I was supposed to.

They still take pictures without service, just have to back to the old ways of pulling cards..

yeah my oldest was working with i left mobile but never did in the field. Maybe someone will invent an adapter. I am losing 5 cameras

I may grab a few. I just didn’t want a bunch of platforms but have to replace now anyway. My old spypoint is probably 15 years old.
If i can get one year out of them i can get 5, they are kinda pos but u like the new ones you just stick on a camera, other than that shitty connecting reader strap

Only 3g is being disabled. 4g cell cams will still work just fine.

I get tired of constant firmware updates on SPYPOINT. I got one working around Christmas and no communication since January 2nd. The other one is a paperweight. Not sure which one I’ll get next .

I’ve had zero issues with my Spypoint cameras. I’m going pick them all up this weekend after the Saturday hunt. 2 for $150 was hard to pass up.

3g service at our place in Louisiana was killed about 5 years ago. We had a 3g only camera back then and had to upgrade it.
We only have 4g now.
It maybe the nation wide shut down of 3g.
