You’ll be fine. Mine always does that when I’m sick. I even get PVCs. That’s also how I know I have a fever. Body aches and heart rate over 100

I had this happen to me, I was 24, great shape. I would be relaxing and all of a sudden my heart rate would jump to 120-130 for 30 minutes or so. Went to the doctor/ER, wore a holster monitor, did stress tests, etc. They were convinced I was having fricking panic attacks and were trying to just dope me up.

Long story short, after 10 months of thinking I was going crazy, my gallbladder was bad. They pulled it and it all stopped.

About the same. I probably should have put more effort into seeing a doctor or PA today. Damn brain fog.

It's high but not terrible. If it gets over 140 go to the ER.

No. 60-100 is normal. 115 isn’t a cause of concern really. Treatment = $200 bag of normal saline. You’re welcome

A 115 heart rate isn’t tachycardia not much cause for concern.

Last year I experienced 140 bpm and a blood pressure spike a couple of times. When I got up and started moving around my heart rate slowly improved. Twice I was medically checked out and sent home. It happened a third time and I knew that I just needed to move around.

Since those episodes I went low carb, dropped 35 pounds and started walking miles and working out.

Not related to COVID but I average just under 100 bpm. And I notice that I get migraines if it dips below 85.

Any recommendations besides how fat are you and have the will ready?

You couldn’t be more wrong. Anything above 100 is medically defined and considered tachycardia.
