Drew was kind of wooden and bad in the studio. He’s doing color on Bengals game, and he is pretty damn good. Still got that Texas accent.

He’s kind of awkward and takes a lot of weird pauses to collect his thoughts…but he’s new and should get better

i think he could be good there, as it’s just about explaining the game and analysis and insight. In the studio, you need to be more opinionated and Drew doesn’t have opinions unless he knows if people will like them first.

I noticed him stumble with his words a lot but he’ll get the hang of it. Drew seems like the type guy that could be good at anything he tried.

He’s definitely no John Madden, but he’s 100 times better than in the studio. Tbh, I didn’t even know he was doing the color. I recognized Tirico immediately, but I was thinking to myself, this new color guy is good.

So he didn't need to make decisions or call plays live in games? Call audibles in seconds?
