This is a good scenario for Ingram to show some progress in closing the game.

We have to hand it to Green. His ATO plays are good.

The Pelicans started this season 1-9 in games that were within 5 points in the final 5 minutes.

After BI's game-winner tonight, they're 6-3 in their last 9 "clutch" games.

Green has improved this team immensely in clutch games last 6-8 weeks.

So much better than last season despite hiccups here and there.

Bench had a nice night too

Jose gives them good energy and I like Gary Clark.

Ingram is the best but I give the game ball to NAW.

Absolutely. Earlier in the season we were lucky to get double figures in points off the bench. Lately it's been much better. In fact tonight we had 36. Playing guys like Clark, Alvarado, and dare I say, NAW, off the bench has made a huge difference.

Thank God that Griff hasn't forced Green to play TM3 and Naji.

I like THIS group and the way they are playing.

I love Alvarado and this version of NAW looks good. That’s why I started a thread a while back about NAW playing more of a PG role. He just looks more natural when he’s creating for other people then scoring secondarily

I’ve said it a lot so Im not drinking the kool aid yet, but im hoping this was a turning point moment for NAW.

Because I think my big heel turn on NAW first started last off-season when I listened to a NAW interview where he came off rather indignant and cocky about how he made it clear to SVG, who wanted to impress upon NAW that his best future was as a playmaking guard, that he wanted to be a pure Shooting Guard and didn’t want to play point.

…And NAW just does not have the stroke or finishing skills to be that player. He ain’t Kobe, he ain’t BI, and I hope the light is finally coming on that he can’t shoot his way into that fantasy and needs to learn to play in a team concept

My second live game of the season. Very, very fun game to attend.

Towns and Jonas banging down low was fun all night and worth the price of admission.

His hot 4th quarter notwithstanding, I can’t say I saw anything jaw dropping out of Anthony Edwards. For a number 1 overall pick he does not seem to carry the same physical tool belt and presence you would typically expect.

Hayes with some nice minutes tonight.

Overall a high effort game throughout from both teams. King cake baby. Nearly a perfect game other than the fact the Pelicans weren’t wearing their Mardi Gras jerseys.

Just finished the game, had to record it. That was a top 3 entertaining game so far this season.

Terrible officiating all night but dang that was a fun game. B.I. was freaking nuts but that was a team win too. So balanced.

Still jaxsons #1 fan.
