The Latino justice with 12 comorbidities must sit around all day and consume blue pills from CNN and The View. Reciting fake news stats wasn’t that fat hog’s worse error. She didn’t even understand that items in the constitution not mentioned in the constitution like vaccine mandates are left to the states per the 10th. I literally learned this in 8th grade Civics.

You know what else is bad about liberals when they are so glaringly off on numbers related to this?
The fact that when they find out, they NEVER ask themselves, "how the frick did that happen?"
If I were that off on a basic numerical fact a year into a story that I was paying attention to the entire time, I would immediately reassess every last fricker I ever listened to.

They did a survey of liberals and asked them what percentage of people getting covid die, and they said something like 50%!
When you are this uninformed on an issue, Its no wonder they walk around so scared.

If my medium-intelligence butt knows to look beyond the MSM and The View for Covid info, a member of the highest court of the land certainly should. She’s apparently unfit for the position and should be impeached.

I can’t remember what the model rules say, but I think there is some prohibition on a judge developing their own opinion based on personal research outside the scope of the briefs/arguments.
In this case, the wise Latina not turning on the news and seeing everyone blasting her for being completely wrong would be an issue. Potentially means a decision would be rendered on incorrect information (not like she was ever going to vote against big daddy government anyway).

I actually think the number was that Democrats thought if you got COVID you had a 50% chance of serious illness that would cause you to be hospitalized.
Still a comically stupid belief given that the actual number is sub 3% chance. Maybe sub 2%. I can't recall for certain.

Remember when doomsday cults would say the world was ending 12/?/2012? Well that day came and passed, very few in the cult were skeptical and left. The cult moved the doomsday to some lunar event (moved the goalpost)… they kept changing after each date failed to bring about the end of the world. It took a lot of missed-targets before most people actually woke up. Same thing here, different cult.

Early Covid numbers were ~4% hospitalization rate (setting aside the nonsense of how we count Covid hospitalizations). That dropped a bit over the last year. And early numbers now suggest Omicron is at least a 50% drop from Delta hospitalizations. And maybe approaching a 75% drop. Or closer to 1% hospitalization m.

Sotomayor should be barred from ruling on this case due to her obvious falsehoods and bias. What she did is an impeachable offense. At the very least she should face a public rebuke and censure and be forced to enter a formal apology and correction into the record.

There was some polling done on this a while back and democrat respondents believed something like 50% of Covid cases resulted in hospitalization.
Just goes to show you how effective the media/democrat Covid misinformation and fear campaign has been.
