What caused the feminization of western civilization you ask? Simple. The destruction of the Traditional Family. Father (male) Mother (female), and children. That model has existed since before recorded time until the militant feminist and social experimenters in the U.S.Goverment decided to destroy the model.
The Traditional Family is the institution where children learn disciple, teamwork, sacrifice, loyalty, and respect for elders and authority. Including the proper roles of males and females in a culture. Hollywood, and the crap they've turned out for decades, has further eroded what was left of the traditional family.
The USA has been at the forefront of the war against the institution of the traditional family for decades. We're seeing the fallout from that war with the brutal violence on the streets of our cities. Especially those cities governed by ultra-liberal democrats.

Every pound of adipose tissue(fat) contains an amount of an enzyme called Aromatase which changes androgens into estrogens. (androstenedione to estrone and testosterone to estradiol).
An obese male with 150 lbs of body fat will have roughly 10X the aromatase that a lean person with 15 lbs of body fat will have. Even if the obese male's HPG axis is making plenty of testosterone, it quickly gets converted to feminizing estrogen.
Fat isn't just energy storage. It's effectively an endocrine organ.
Get lean boys! Save your testosterone.
A big reason for the large number of obese people is the abundance of hyperpalatable foods which circumvent or hijack the satiety system. Basically sugar and seed oils. Eat a steak and potato and you'll feel full. Eat a bag of cookies, candy or french fries and you won't.
The other side is to provide enough raw materials to create testosterone. You need cholesterol to make all hormones. I have very high LDL cholesterol (the so-called 'bad' cholesterol) and correspondingly high testosterone (~900). I also have a ZERO score on a CAC test (no coronary calcium).
Keep your blood pressure low, your blood sugar low, and your seed oil consumption (esp linoleic) low and you won't have to worry about heart disease.
The Kellogs (breakfast cereal) and other eugenicists knew all about this more than 100 years ago. They wrote about it extensively. The weak, pathetic, emotional males of today are the product of a century of planning and execution.

The Prussian education system back then (stressing obedience over critical thinking) also assured the PTB that their overt future Eugenics plans would never develop curiosity, recognition & opposition in Academic circles (and certainly not among the general public).
