Because they don’t want to catch covid from the unvaxxed. They believe the effectiveness of their shot depends on whether others have taken the shot themselves.

Personally, I’m just annoyed by the fact that I share a society with people who believe objective nonsense. Similar to my annoyance with the fact that 40% of Americans believe the earth is less than 10k years old. The fact that they are unvaxxed in and of itself doesn’t bother me at all.
