Tosh Lupoi is expected to be hired as Oregon’s defensive coordinator

Sounds like Napier’s search for a DC is just as unclear as Kelly’s. I wonder if Gator fans are ready to jump off a bridge too.

It makes sense
Lupoi is a west coast guy and will probably have the title of defensive coordinator, instead of co-DC at Florida. Even though Lanning will still be running the D.
I’m sure they’re paying him a frickton of money too. They’ll need his recruiting against Riley and USC.

There's only one Florida fan giving LSU shite about Napier. We already have our play calling DC in place, Patrick Toney. We may go with Co-DC's though to pay more. With Tosh, it has looked bleak for a few weeks now since the Lanning hire and his wife being from the PNW.
Florida is targeting Karl Scott as Co-DC I believe.

This has been the sell job for Oregon for the last 3 coaching hires. And those guys keep leaving. Feel like that tells us it’s more work to recruit up there than people want to believe
