I work with family so the answer is always not enough. We were out Friday, came in today despite most of our clients being closed today, will likely work part of the day on Friday, then be in the office again on Monday despite most of our clients again being closed next Monday.

I take these two weeks off every year, which is the last two weeks of the year and then I take the first two weeks of the year of for a a month off, then a couple weeks in the summer.

Back on the 3rd and enjoying the time off.

Right now? Until I’m not sick again. My company has a strict policy that if you are sick, you can’t come to work until you aren’t showing any symptoms.
Unfortunately it’s shite all over Christmas and will likely destroy NYE as well.

I get the 25th… but nobody cries for me when I am working 28-30 hours most of the year.

Off for the most part from December 23 - Jan 4. Have 2 half days on 12/28 and 12/31.

About a week and a half. Although if I don't answer emails during my time off I will end up with a horrendous week back in January.

I’m a teacher, so I get 4 months off for Christmas.

Three weeks that started on the 18th of December. It’s been pretty nice to finally have some time off.

Two days officially for Xmas/NY. But, burning 2021 vacation at years' end. Worked through 12/18 but off now until Jan 3.
Working 13/1s, 12 hours, since the storm. First consecutive days off work since Ida. Took the first week to recover and stop sleeping until 11AM every morning.

I work for a soul crushing multinational. They give me a month a year and when I take it, I am constantly called by clients to deal with shite. I was on a Christmas Day conference call this year. It is looking like I will be laboring well into the evening on NYE, even though my employer is “closed”

Looks like a lot of apartments nearby, is it in a high crime area?
Are you behind a bullet proof enclosure?
Are you of Indian descent?

Time to stand up for yourself. Either 1. Take a hard line you are not working on holidays or 2. Finding a new job
