apparently, i shoved earwax in my canal when trying to clean with a q-tip. what is a remedy to unclog this shite?

A doctor will hose it out with warm water or scrape it our with a hook

Liquid colace, lay on your side and let it sit in the ear. Flush out with water. Maybe a big syringe or something.

I go to my ear doctor and he sucks it out with some type of gadget.

Get some Debrox from the pharmacy.

Put a bunch of hydrogen peroxide in there followed by a cotton ball. After about 5 minutes flush it out with warm water (use an over the counter ear flush kit). Repeat several times until it clears

Doctor will clear it out. It feels weird and you’ll be shocked at how big the earwax is

If you go to an urgent care and tell them you have ringing in your ears (you have to describe a medical condition that is uncomfortable to you), they will hose out your ears with warm water and scrape it our with an illuminated tool for $50 and you will hear better than you have since you were a child. Or you can buy one of these LINK for $20

Whatever you do: Don't flush with cold water!
I had the same issue and a young MA or LPN was told to flush it out but used cold water instead of warm and I instantly got so dizzy I had to lay down. The doctor came in and knew exactly what the MA had done and told them never to rinse with cold water as it causes dizziness.
It took me about 30 minutes laying down before I could drive home.

I've had buildup a couple of times that was more than Debrox could handle.
My advice is go to an Ear Nose & Throat doc. They have the good equipment (water and vacuum lines) and experience to clean it out easily.
Your average GP will probably have a nurse with a squirt bulb who will soak your shirt and achieve little else. Go straight to the experts.

This right here.... May take you a couple times but it works.

I'm not surprised. Q-tips aren't made to go into the ear canal. They are supposed to be for cleaning the backs and the inner rims of your ears.
