Probably. Rioting probably will commence shortly after the reporting.

“Outcome,” not necessarily verdict.

There is no way this is first degree manslaughter. An argument can be made for second degree but not beyond a reasonable doubt.

Wonder if Alec Baldwin is interested in this trial.

From what I understand the grip was the same for the taser as the gun. Who thought this was a good idea? They should be on trial too. Without proof of premeditation I don’t see how you could reach a 1st degree charge without doubt.

I’d they didn’t riot for Kyle Rittenhouse, they won’t riot for this outside of Portland.

Didn't the judge say if they don't come to an agreement today they would break until after Christmas and not be sequestered? That would lead me to believe that they actually made a decision.

Cop pulled her gun instead of her taser and killed a suspect.

I remember that! The video looked terrible for her to be honest. I can definitely see her being convicted of manslaughter here.

Side note: I spent five minutes reading about Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex who died, and after three articles still couldn’t figure out why the hell someone was being charged for her death
I’m fricking retarded.

I don't know the definitions or included charges under Minnesota law, but in the broad sense I would say negligent homicide. Not as bad as the dumbass in Dallas, though.
