Why the hell is there a Frito shortage?

Couldn't find any Fritos in any of the stores in this whole area for my deer chili. Had to see what was the cause of it. I saw there was a Frito-Lay labor strike back in July, but that wouldn't be the cause right now 5 months later. No fritos for chili? No scoops for my 7-layer dip at Christmas? Tostitos or potato chips can't hold up to the rigors of 7-layer dip, it's science. This is some bullshite. Let's Go Brandon! #FJB

I didn't realize Frito-lay had the monopoly on corn chips. I figured there would be some knock-off great value corn chips by now.

I highly recommend you scour the earth, high and low, to acquire a cache of Flamin Hot Fritos. Had them last week and they’re officially holy grail status.

The rouses by me must have just gotten a fresh supply because yesterday they were stacked. Had to pick up two bags for a Christmas gathering I was going to.

I've had to share this, but didn't want to create a new thread for it...
But last week I tried Chorizo-Chipotle Fritos for the 1st time and I almost cried myself to sleep thinking about those bad bitches.
I have now committed to only shopping at stores in predominantly hispanic/latino areas. They're easily getting the best snack food flavor options.

There is a Great Value brand corn chip at my local Walmart. It's not always in stock but it exists

Fully self-sufficient. shite has flavor for days, only need to have a drink with them. The heat isn't strong from a few bites, but builds up with volume.
