Haven’t received and will not take “vaccine”
Work in oil industry. 60% of workforce in my division not vaccinated and will not take it upon survey. Vaccine mandate currently up in the air at work but if enforced our division will be effectively shut down until replacements can be hired and trained

I've taken the flu shot two times in my life. Caught the flu once. The only time I caught the flu was after the flu shot.

i took the J&J 8 months ago and i'm pretty sure the CDC said that doesn't count. i won't be taking any others.

Work in the retail agriculture division of a global food service company. Our sales district is by far one of the most if not the most profitable across all divisions of the company. For the most part I’d say 80% of us from both the sales and operations sides are unvaccinated and don’t plan on getting the shot. We’re prepared to make them blink.

Checking in. My wife nor I have ever taken a covid or flu vaccine in our whole life. And my brother his wife and kids are in the same boat. Only the kids got covid and they did not experience any symptoms. In addition none of the mentioned know anyone who died from covid either
