The deals have probably already been done more than likely just want to keep it private until after their seasons over, sorry for being captain obvious but this board has some specials

There are more capable coaches than jobs available for them. Guys like BK know this and he won't make panic hires.
People that are panicking think in terms of big names, and there are plenty of coaches out there that are excellent at what they do but don't have the name value. BK has a couple of names in mind, if those fall through he knows who he'll go with next.

Geeez man, we are NOT desperate. CBK will build a better staff than we have had in a long while, and more importantly, manage them. That is what great head coaches do. They manage the coaching staff and mold them into duplicating what HE wants to see on the field.

IMHO... Kelly has both Coordinators picked out and deals made, not public because both are coaching in major bowl games. The reason both would like to keep quiet is obvious.
