I bought it 6 weeks ago and I don't think I've played it in 5 weeks.

What was with all the "greatest video game ever" crap?

I played through about a dozen missions and got bored and haven't picked it back up. It is no different and no better than the PS2 GTA titles. Actually, it is probably worse because the format was new and different back then.

OK, we are each entitled to our opinions.

I personally love the game; I think that it's a lot of fun.

Put yours up on ebay, you should still be able to get pretty good money for it.

I can understand his opinion, but this game is very deep. You should maybe read some of the features on IGN about some of the things you can do outside of your missions. I love the game and I think that it's probably in the top five all-time.

I got this game the day it came out and haven't touched it since about a week after. I too got about a dozen missions in but I just got busy with graduation, moving, and finding a job haha. It was a little slow to start for sure but at some point I will get back into it as I loved the PS2 GTA series and this one should still top those from everything I have heard as to how deep it is.

NCAA 09 is getting the little gaming time I have right now and there are so many awesome titles coming out very soon, who knows when I will get to GTA IV.

I bought it on 360 and played it to about 20%. I found that it was way too repetitive. I haven't played it since it came out.

If you didn't stray away from the real missions, 60% is the final mission

I got it the midnight it came out, played it till about 4 that morning with some friends online.

Haven't touched it since that night. But I do that a lot with games like that. One day I'll pick it back up and get into it.

I found it to be too slow moving, too much monotonous action early. Will be picking up Saints Row 2 because although the graphics won't be quite on par, the gameplay will blow it away--especially in multiplayer from what I've read.

I've got some other games on my wishlist besides SR2, but it might get an ebay search later on.
