What is the LSU policy on transferring season tickets? Does it have to be done unofficially? If not, what ways are there. Thanks.

Herbsaint (corner of St. Charles and Girod) would be a good one considering you'll be going to the Arena. You could park and walk from there, 5-10 min. walk.

Just looking for some advice for those who have started/played in other leagues. General advice about best way to set up, timing, conferences/teams, etc. would be appreciated.
Thanks. Keep the suggestions/specials coming.
Are any of the Brennan restaurants still runnings specials?

NOLA Lunch Friday

Looking for a reasonably priced lunch spot in the Quarter tomorrow. Anybody know of restaurants in the area running price fixe specials, etc? Probably a power lunch, time/location not really a concern.
bump...don't all jump up at once.
I can understand why PS3 folks might not be excited, as it was a 360 exclusive for the first installment, but it sold over 1 million units and went platinum. Surprised at the lack of buzz.

I found it to be too slow moving, too much monotonous action early. Will be picking up Saints Row 2 because although the graphics won't be quite on par, the gameplay will blow it away--especially in multiplayer from what I've read.
Saints Row 2

Launches Oct. 14:
Think GTA IV but with less deep storylines and more gen-x humor. Gary Busey is their main pitchman, that should tell you something about their attitude toward appropriateness. Can go co-op for the campaign and multi-player is supposed to be pretty nice.

Use this thread if you plan to pick it up and we'll get a crew together.

have a buddy that works on the game, said it will be much improved over the first one, worth picking up.
fyi: Mike Holmgren made $8 million this year, highest in the NFL. Expect any offer to Cowher to be at least comparable (i.e no less than 6.5).
Or...to play devil's advocate...let me go ahead and present the flip side of the argument:
"Bill Cowher's wife was seen last week in Baton Rouge house-shopping."
Man that was easy.

It's "Cowher," and if you think there is even a 1% chance of coming to LSU, you are totally clueless.
1--He is an NFL coach, and has never expressed desire to do anything else.
2--No college will be willing (and some not able) to match the money that the next pro team offering a job will. We're talking 6-8 million a year folks.
3--IF he were to go to any college, it would have been his alma mater NC State. Where he lives, where his wive and kids live, where it makes sense.
There is zero basis or any reason that Bill Cowher would ever consider coming here. Period.
Hope that helps.
