Go to an urgent care or ER to get the diagnosis and referral to an infusion center. In my state, I needed a referral, but see what's required in your state.
Where I am, infusion centers are slammed. Get in asap
This is what i did . I was so dehydrated because i couldn't drink or eat. MAB treatment is the way to go. Started developing pneumonia after trying to let my body do it’s thing. Where i think i would have made it myself, I’m glad i got the treatment , the one that’s been around since the 80’s that actually works n stuff ya know. If i get it again later I’ll do the same damn thing.
Just call a clinic ask if they do it and tell them you tested positive and they will likely X-ray your chest and say MAB is on the table . Good luck !

Got the chest x-ray and it was clear, but I'm taking no chances with this wet cough, which occurs with covid cough in about 30% of patients. Got on doxycycline.
So steroids, doxycycline and monoclonal antibodies already on board.
Load me up.

I had been taking 1000 mg Quercetin with Zinc Glutonate 250 mg, and D3 daily since March 2020. Got covid a little over a month ago. It was like a very mild flu for 3 days. Everything tasted like it was covered in salt. Sweated some 2nd night, soaked in sweat the 3rd night. Awoke the 4th morning refreshed and clearest my sinuses have been in almost 2 years.
The function of Quercetin is to allow more zinc to get in the cells otherwise why take it?
Over 65, a pack of smokes a day (the niacin compounds in tobacco actually works against severe covid and the Feb 2020 prediction of smokers dropping like flies never occurred.)

I don’t have a primary care doctor. Would like to go get monoclonal antibodies. Not even sure where to start.
Right here. Just go... LINK
You don't need an appointment. Just show up. If you are eligible for monoclonals you will receive them tomorrow.

Long standing practice for patients with respiratory issues is 250 mg of zinc per day per MD (still part time practice) who is a retired med school prof/researcher

Pepcid 20 mg twice a day.
Not sure why this isn’t mentioned more often.

Just coming out of the way flu. Took OTC helpers but didn’t go into any monoclonal mostly because I don’t have a PCP and couldn’t get a referral. It sucked all my energy for two weeks but starting yesterday I’m feeling better.
Just take it easy and breath on as many fat liberals as possible.

May I ask what the Pepcid and Melatonin do for the virus? This is the first I hear of these two.

Some of the stuff in here is logical but some makes no sense.
10mg of finasteride? Uhhhh ok.

Pepcide has famotidine which is an antiviral. But 20 mg is not a lot. You should get a scrip from a doctor for a larger dose.
With that said it's very difficult to judge how many or how much antivirals you need to attack a virus. Some of use need more than others. That's why you need to throw the kitchen sink at the virus early. Ivermectin, HCQ, famotidine, monoclonals and all the proper vitamins all of which are harmless if administered in the proper dosages. Your doctor may have additional antivirals that he would prescribe if he is open to treating COVID early before it manifest itself into pneumonia which is a totally separate and much more serious disease.

Google. I know CCS was administering infusions at one point of Regeneron. Google infusion suites near me or call the urgent care close to you.

im coming out the other side of having it. was worse than was expecting. Still pretty hard to breath, this is supposed to last like another week. I got the MCA treatment on day 8, helped quite a bit. the next day my fever was gone. Im about to go get a prescription for a steroidal inhaler to help with breathing.
To get the MCA here you had to have risk factors, or just a BMI over 25. I wish i had got the MCA on day 1 instead of day 8, probably would not have gotten very sick at all.
I will say, my wife is vaccinated and had a way better time of it than me, she was okay in like 2 days. Of course, she is the one that picked it up and gave it to me, so the vaccine does shite to stop the spread. But it does seems to make it less severe. Having gotten the MCA, i cant get a vaccine for 90 days if i wanted it. Maybe by that time the Novovax will be approved for use in the USA. That one is just lab grown spike protein, no rna
FYI, if your oxygen is dropping when you lay down, try sleeping on your stomach
