So, you're saying that the man can identify good coaches? That's refreshing.

BK's last three DC hires are now HCs for Power 5 programs.

The man knows how to build a staff.

With Elko landing the Duke job, Kelly’s last three DC’s have all been hired as Power 5 head coaches.

So he can identify and obtain competent, future P5 head coaches. The Saban similarities keep building, in a good way.

3 in a row is Impressive.
Locate Develop and Promote. Thats a gift.

But this is the SEC and LSU.
He's stepping way up in class, we'll see how it goes.

I absolutely love the hire btw. But this is the SEC, the Coach Killer. It wont be easy for him.

I believe CBK’s record vs. LSU is 2-0.

3-6 against the SEC, with the other win against Vandy. Does that count?

I was not a fan of the hire at the time but he absolutely knows how to build a staff and change organizational culture. The initial moves have been fantastic thus far, he knows how to build a program. The ability in a coach Tiger fans haven’t experienced in a long time; high aptitude for both temporal assessment and management by objectives. BK has quickly grasped the life blood of the LSU brand, recruiting and player development. Everyone he’s hiring or considering hiring has a demonstrated coaching ability or, and in addition to, an expertise in regional recruiting (e.g., La & Tx).

Yeah the SEC where Gene Chizik, Les Miles, & Ed Orgeron can win a title.

You saying Brian Kelly is not as good as those guys? Perhaps you’re not, but if you are I’m thinking we’re gonna be more than good with CBK at the helm and the quality coaches he’ll bring in, keep, & develop.
