What are you most looking forward to under Kelly, and what do you fear the most?

The thing I'm looking forward to most is simple competency - good clean alignments, plays in on time, clock management, fundamental blocking and tackling, just basic well played football.
If I have a fear it is that it seems to be inevitable that we will lose players and coaches. That may be a positive thing in the long run and may be necessary to establish the kind of culture that leads to great things. But I do have some concern that it might be a little rocky while the transition is underway.

I think it’s all entertaining, even with all the attrition. He’s being ruthless in a good way. I like what I see and I trust him.

Looking forward to:
Complete rebuild from the ground up. Professionalism. New culture. Stability. New traditions that will help erase toxicity that has seeped into the lifeblood of the program.
Fear the most:
That CBK will continue to run his boring, uninspiring offense. Looking forward to getting some of them bigass cornfed whiteboys from up north on the OL, but hoping Kelly won't be afraid to adapt offensively. History says he won't adapt, but we'll see.

The most? The changes.
The thing I fear? All of these damned changes.

I am most looking forward to creative offensive plays controlled by the HC
I worry that all that stability and high character stuff was more a product of Notre Dame than Kelly. Also worried about his energy level ad he is no spring chicken.
Side note: I hope he keeps the DC as our defense was looking pretty good at the end of the season.

Ticket price increases after the next Natty.

Ticket prices were already going up before the BK hire in all three major sports for next year. Boosters ain't covering the tab.

Big elite angry well coached offensive linemen

Discipline. Fundamentals. Pride. Toughness. Teamwork. Innovation. Adaptability. Selflessness. Strategy. Evolution. Aura.
Fear? Only one: $aban won’t go out in 5 years & hangs on well into his 80s.

Ruthless efficiency.... the national media has enjoyed making fun of our last two lovable but goofy-af coaches for so long they hate the idea of having to take us seriously
Losing our identity - I know as an old-timer there's a lot of truth in those that say Tiger Stadium is not what it used to be... TAF has priced the crazy average working class fan out of the seats... Im not knighting for O, he needed to go, but who will preserve our essence, our MO-JO? Its up to the fans and the home-state players to carry on and hang onto what makes us special - I hope we didn't "sell our soul" and become generic.

Apparently you haven’t read much or watched Kelly over the years. He’s EXTREMELY adaptable and has been successful with every offense he’s put out and there’s quite a few

Fear is he is a arrogant yankee , and LSU will lose more recruits from la to other sec teams especially bama

discipline and im looking forward to watching the O line blow up people instead of being soft as hell. It seems the whole team has been soft and i believe kelly will bring the toughness back to the team.

Disciplined football
That his style won’t resonate with players and recruits. He’s learning a whole new ballgame at 60 years old.
