No Fat Tuesday on our calendar for flexible holiday option.

I’m about to CC the entire HR department in a scathing email letting them know I’m triggered at their nonexclusitory callousness

Somewhat. I start a new job next week and new place has a much better holiday schedule. I forget all the days, but there are 15 paid holidays. One is floating/flexible and I can take it any day during the year.

Where is your corporate office? Most employers who are based out of Louisiana, swap Memorial day for Mardi Gras

They aren't giving us the COVID Safe Space Day Off like they did last year in January. We get 2 "Diversity" days on top of normal holidays.

Why can't you take your floating holiday whenever you want? That's the dumbest thing I see here.

No. I'm a cheapskate so I'm not giving them any more PTO.

If you whine and cry enough you’ll get it … seems to work for everything else in California
