Possibly.
Biden's campaign has figuratively already shot their wad, with most of their ballots already cast, and his "rallies" of honking Priuses drumming up flaccid excitement at best.
Trump, in the meantime, has excitement and support still building even today and enthusiasm among his base to hit the polls tomorrow will likely be unprecedented.
We should know by probably 10 or 11pm CST tomorrow how it's actually looking. If a couple key states are called for Trump before midnight, it's already over.
