Anyone pissed Lloyd Austin is threatening to send US Troops if we Don't deliver the money

I have never called my congressman in my life. But I just did because this crosses the freakin line.
These people in charge have lost it and they have to be stopped. I told my representative that this is freakin blackmail and he needs to stop it.
If the congress preemptively prohibits troops, can't they basically make the war powers act non-applicable?

To be fair, he didn’t threaten “to send troops to Ukraine” if the GOP doesn’t support more funding.
His argument is if we don’t help Ukraine deter Russian aggression it will destabilise Europe, and when Russia moves on other countries it has the potential to escalate to a situation where we’re fighting a land war in Europe.

This is such bullshite. Show me one military analyst that says Russia has the means and intent to successfully take a NATO country.
You won’t because Putin can’t. His military is wrecked for a generation. They’ve spent their treasure and blood in Ukraine.
They have no offensive capability. They’d be lucky to defend Russia at this point.
