This is what happens as morals and a civil society slowly but surely degrade. Human life holds no value and this is the inevitable outcome. The sad thing is that there really isn’t anywhere you can go to escape this nightmare. All of us just have to remain vigilant no matter where we find ourselves. A movie theatre, grocery store, church, parades, school, restaurant… all are targets for easy kills. It makes me sick how far we’ve fallen.

What specific policy allows stabbing security guards?
Sounds like some maniac went on a stabbing spree and the guards did their job, sadly with one being killed.
Shitheads do shithead things but I don't see this being tied to a specific policy
