People say the government wasn't involved in censorship, but it was. And now, new documents prove that US military contractors urged & used a wide range of counter-terrorism tactics against civilians, including psyops, debanking, and changing Big Tech's Terms of Service.

Need some more details, but if true, wouldn't this mandate removal of the entire top portion of DoD, both civilian and uniformed?

Military being used against Americans? That seems like a bridge too far, even for Democrats.

There should be zero civilian contractors in the military and it seems like it continues to grow in that direction.

Not sure why people are surprised by my comment about this being a bridge too far for Democrats - using the military, or military funding lines poured into groups that target Americans is wildly illegal. It jeopardizes an outright mutiny by uniformed personnel. There would be justification by personnel to question the legality of the orders given to them, as they would logically be coming from people that are in violation of the Constitution, statutes, and give the appearance that orders are coming from a cohort of personnel that are actively fighting a war against the nation that uniformed personnel are sworn to protect.

I realize people consider the Democrats to be at war against America, and I feel the same, but this is insanely risky, even for them. Uniformed personnel could quite literally revolt over something like this, and there would be no grounds for suggesting they were wrong to do so - the oath of office and oath of enlistment puts the priority on the Constitution - to support and defend it - over and above obeying orders. If those giving the orders are enemies of the Constitution, then the decision calculus is pretty easy, if one rigidly follows the oath.

This is extremely dangerous.

The entire reaction to Trump/Maga has been dangerous and stupid. Well, dangerous for some. There have been no consequences for anyone participating in the real coup.

Almost like the MIC has always been above whatever law there is in this country.

The Contractors just like America’s law enforcement personal will “Just Follow Orders” and not give a thought to the constitution.

Ike initially called it the Military / Industrial / Congressional / Complex. I think he was advised to remove the Congressional part in order to avoid a big pissing match.

He should have left it in and added Intelligence to it as well.

MIICC.

Said it the whole time but I don't believe it was just "contractors"... The American public has been subjected to one big psychological operation for a long time... Still are today if you look at how the media carries the water for the administration...

You condone the military targeting US citizens as if they are terrorists?

.gov: “Major, I understand from reading your social media that you are considering quite literally revolt over something like this”

Major: “I’m not on social media, where are you getting this?”

.gov: “sorry, meant your emails”

Major: “my emails were written to family members, and are private correspondence”

.gov: “ well we have them anyway, and your bank account numbers, and your internet search history, your wife’s too. That boy of yours has an addiction you wouldn’t want to make public, right? We wouldn’t either, until we would”
