Hundreds of Russians dead and injured in a single Ukrainian strike

Putin is either all talk no action or the Russian army is weak.
I think his biggest mistake is not targeting the Ukrainians head of states during the early going.

After almost a year since the invasion and numerous instances of incompetence from the Russian military, they probably did target the Ukrainian power structure but failed tremendously just like hey have at everything else.

Nah. They miscalculated - in devastating fashion.
Had they sent a cruise missile barrage against the power and comms grids on day 1 as an opening salvo, they would have taken Kiev.
Albeit under tons of international criticism.
That would have ended it immediately.
