My neighbor has cats that love to shite in my yard. I chase them off anytime I see them. I just redid all our flower beds myself which was a lot more work than I thought, and can already tell the cats are digging and shitting in it. Even broke a flower already and I planted them yesterday. I’m freakin pissed.

Any advice for keeping them out of the flower beds? Do spikes work? I saw an awesome motion sensor water jet online with mixed reviews lol

If you figure it out let me know. I find a lot of mulch helps some and I shoot them with the red ryder whenever I can.

Cat shite is nasty, especially next to food we’re growing.

There are cats on my back deck, one sits on my covered BBQ grill, one or two on any vehicle I keep outside, my mulch is constantly bunched up in places from them crapping in the mulch……. It could be worse, like maybe if neighbors had rhinos or something.

Also peppermint oil and water in a spray bottle is supposed to work.

Had a buddy who put rat traps scattered throughout his beds. The cats tripped them enough they stopped coming over.

I asked my neighbor to keep his cats out of my flower bed. He did not comply, so i set my varmint trap and relocated the cats to my hunting camp to help keep the mice and snakes at bay by the camp. If they didn't care about the cat why should i.
