Stopped watching after season one because of how far they deviated from the comics. Already went down that road with Walking Dead.
Had no idea they had race swapped Black Noir. Totally changes everything about his character from the books and reinforces my decision. Was considering giving it another chance till I saw that.

Different to the point that he can't even be the same character. His race is not a small change from the books. That's a huge departure.
ETA: I won't expound further because if I elaborate it could potentially be a spoiler for later seasons of the show and I don't want to spoil anything. They'd have to create a completely new character for that though.

Just like Invincible, after two years, we get 4 episodes and then a midseason break. Amazon doesn’t give its shows the advertising they deserve, and then they when they finally come on they frick the fans over with a midseason break after 4 episodes.

Season 3 started off pretty strong but the ending was weak as hell. Felt like it was a whole waste with no real big losses.

Never read the comics, so I don't have that perspective, but faults and all I find that an hour of "The Boys" is my most enjoyable hour of TV in recent times.
