There were definitely emails, documents, and deposition testimony that confirmed it for that kind of reward.

Not sure the women were even doing his actual workload, just getting his management level position for the purpose of statistics.
Not a new thing either. I know people who got forced out of their jobs to have people who were younger, darker, or more female installed into those positions.
Pressure was put on because those people didn’t outwardly bitch about the duties of their job and what was involved. Their token replacements totally dropped the ball when shite came up precisely because they knew nothing about how to do the job.
Said token also got passed around to every department under that same employer to keep her ahead of her mistakes catching up to her as well as reward her for being the boss’s good friend.
