You’re probably ok legally speaking. The bigger risk is they may make you go through hoops to cash out or lock your account for whatever reason and you have no recourse other than complaining to their customer service. Not worth your time/risk.

Just find a local, if they think you even have the slightest clue of what you’re doing they’ll limit you to betting amounts that makes it not worth it.

You’re not going to go to jail for it but they can be shut down by the feds at any time and you’re shite out of luck about getting your money back. That’s what happened with the poker sites. I think full tilt players ended up getting paid years later but some of the lesser sites never paid out.
