Florida man cited for driving "Booty Patrol" truck that looked like Border Patrol truck.

The deputy with the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office pulled over the white Chevy Silverado pickup on Sunday and issued the driver, Gabriel Luviano, of Bradenton, a $113 citation for adding red and blue lights to his ride.
Luviano's truck features a green diagonal stripe, an official-looking federal emblem and red and blue flashing lights on its dashboard — making it easy to mistake for a US Border Patrol vehicle if not for the word "BOOTY PATROL" written in large capital letters and "National Booty Behavior Protection" plastered on the side.
The sheriff's office accused Luviano of "impersonating law enforcement" and posted several images of the vehicle on Facebook to "raise awareness" among community members.

Any girl who would come to your booty patrol truck would probably also come without that extra effort.

I guess that’s not as bad as “I eat arse” plastered on the back window of your truck.

I’m sorry, but if you get pulled over by the booty patrol, then that’s on you.

Is there a GoFundMe to pay for his citation somewhere? That's one I might contribute to. Maybe he can start a GofrickMe website next.

Can I get in trouble for wearing one of these?
If you start putting people in handcuffs and showing them your badge, yes.
It wasn't the decaling that made this truck illegal, it was the red and blue lights.

I know this isn't sexual or anything, but the other day I saw a truck turning into a McDonalds an in the corner of the back window they had.. I guess a sticker that was just the word "Crackhead" on it.
People are idiots..

Wait wait wait.
GofrickMe is where you can crowdfund hookers for deserving (or whoever) people.
Like the friendly but unfortunate looking fella at your local grocery store who hasn't seen a titty since Obama was in office.
You get some funds together and send him a hooker

unless he was claiming to be a law enforcement/ border police, then he broke no laws with that truck.
just because they dont like that design means nothing. if the judge isnt crooked, this should, and will, get laughed out of court as the judge calls the prosecution stupid and that they violated that mans rights

Inn some states having flashing lights on a vehicle is illegal, unless it is specifically exempted (tow trucks, ambulances, etc).
