She is about number 17 on the list

I have always thought the phrase "women earn 80% of what a man makes" was a myth, and the disparity was due to construction versus office type jobs.

But, It is overwhelmingly obvious that at the large company CEO level that there is serious discrimination.

A good number of the top 20 companies are IT/media and should be well aware of the 80% disparity claim.

Yes. Thats the only possible explanation. It's not that men work lingers hours, are more willing to move for advancement and overwhelming work in more scalable fields.

It's all because of s giant conspiracy and discrimination against women...

Well what’s her compensation? Is it 80% of number 16 or 18 on the list?

A lot of women are emotional and make poor decisions when faced with stress. Shareholders don't like emotional decisions. There you go. Feel better?

Interesting, interesting...

You know, giving this some thought, and considering your unique insights, I can't help wondering....who do you think she slept with to get there?

Well, you have good reason to think that, because it’s true.

True, men generally work more physically demanding jobs and also work more science/technology jobs. No one is holding a gun to women’s heads making them get marketing and sociology degrees. Lots of companies would love to hire a (black/latina/gay preferably) woman welder, pipe fitter, plumber, or electrical lineman (linewoman??? ) but women don’t want to work in those high paying fields.

This is horseshite. Major companies’ number one priority is making money. They’ll put the best person in that CEO spot that’s going to lead them the best. Blame God, or Darwin, or whomever but men and women are different. They have different physical and mental attributes, and different desires and goals, and that’s the reason for the pay gap - not descrimination.

Where is the list? Any list like that without Abby Johnson from Fidelity is worthless

Considering that this supposed list doesn’t include the CEO of Ford I question it’s validity. Secondly, this notion of females being discriminated against has been completely refuted. Not sure why you would continue to post lies.
