Perkins Rowe, White Dodge Challenger, Quaenz, and Prom

1st picture. Upon turning onto the street in Perkins Rowe, I see the intersection is blocked. I wanted to go straight but waited for the Mustang to back into a parking spot.
2nd picture. I edge up towards the stop sign. This also allowed me to get a better picture of what was taking place. Mustang is still trying to park. I initially thought the vehicle had broken down, or maybe had a flat tire. Or an incident, which I was watching for.
3rd picture. The Mustang decided against parking in the designated spot. I took it.
And then I see this. It's prom.
Why not just park wherever you want for 10 + minutes and take pictures? frick everyone else, they're not important. No one else wants to get to their destination. It's all about you. Some people are just so inconsiderate and don't think they have to play by the rules of the road.

I am sure there will be plenty of witty comments, and justifiably, but to me this is just sad- the state of a significant part of our society
