Great festival, a favorite of LaTerlet’s. She even changes her name for the weekend to respect the Viet culture—Dat Phuc Ng Ho.

Lot of food booths and kids running around. There's also another festival at St. Agnes Le Thi Thanh Church in Marrero if you don't want to go to the East.
