I saw that. She was asked about Vappie spending so much time in the apartment. I rewound it 3 times to try to figure out what she was trying to say. I think she was saying that her use of the apartment has been found to be in accordance with past use and Vappie being there was in accordance to that use, whatever that use is. Then, it sounded like she was throwing him under the bus about the investigation into his payroll, but honestly trying to interpret what she says is difficult. I wish I could find the video of it.

I must have missed part of the interview. The clip I saw was about "relative to" this and "relative to" that. She mentioned using the apartment "as authorized" and did answer when directly asked why Vappie entered the building, but no other members of her security detail had. Instead she she went off on another nonsensical tangent.
I'll give the woman this much, she exudes confidence. Also ignorance, arrogance, and incompetence, but she sounds confident that she can talk her way out of this mess. She can't, but she thinks she can.

Did you watch The Sopranos? Her speaking style reminds me of Carmine, Jr. who was always using big words out of context. Except she is not as bright as Carmine Jr and can't even use a four syllable word out of context, if she even knows any.

I found a quote of what she said when asked about Vappie spending time in the apartment. Haven't found the video clip, though.
