They will be back on the street and reloading before nightfall. You can tell by their mugshots that they know there are no consequences for what they do.

Well, at least our mayor doesn't go to the sentencing hearings and warm up to the perps in public. There's that. She just quietly allows it and encourages it.

I have two questions: 1. Should these guys ever be allowed back into civil society? 2. What is the actual sentence the are likely to receive?
