Who are we pulling for to win the championship?

I would say:
1. Washington: They won't be a contender year in and out, this is more of a lightning in the bottle season for them. Very little threat in recruiting as well.
2. Alabama: They already are what they are, another title doesn't hurt.
3. Michigan: Very close to Alabama, they haven't won a title in awhile but very little recruiting impact. Putting them further down simply because of Underwood.
4. Texas: Worst case scenario, in my opinion (for LSU), is Texas winning a title.

I have no animosity for Washington, so I’m pulling for them. Alabama will win the thing with ease.

Like any LSU fan with functioning faculties, I want Michigan to destroy Alabama, and I want Washington to crush Texas. No LSU fan with a brain can pull for Alabama or Texas to win anything.
It doesn't really matter to LSU after that.
My sister was a cheerleader at Michigan, so I'd prefer Michigan to beat Washington.

This conference fricks over LSU at every opportunity and the school they blatantly and actively favor the most is the 4 seed. If Michigan beat them by 100, it wouldn’t be enough.
That said, their starting Center is the son of our Maid of Honor so I usually keep that sentiment to myself when around them.

I am LSU all the way first. Then SEC, except I can't bring myself to root for Bama. So, I will take the pseudo-SEC Longhorns this year so we can take them down next year. Any championship worth winning is best done by knocking out the champ! #GeauxTigers #2024BetterHaveADefense
